However , how fast on earth could the human being run in the world ?
I think no answer forever !
Because there is no fastest one only the faster in the field and track sports .Field and track sports is the king of sports . 100~metre race is the king of the field and track sports .100~metre runner was considered as the fastest person in the world . But , how can we run fast ? It is important that stride length and stride frequency . 100~metre race has the following phases : starting accelerative running after starting flying run and blasting

Let’s play a game . called “ write slogan ”
Method : Get into three groups , relay race . Everybody reaches the finishing line and write a word on the blackboard , then comes back . Passing the chalk to the next one . At last , join all words together to from a sentence as you team slogan . We can see which team dose it best and fastest .

Now , let’s study 100~metre race start . We usually used crouch start in 100~meter race . The crouch technical includes three parts : on your marks set shot or go
I’ll give you a demonstration and detail this action . Look and listen carefully .
First , on your marks
Reach the starting line . Put the strong foot in front . The other opposite . T he distance of the front foot form starting line is about one foot and a half . Two feet distance is the same with that . The rear knee close to the ground . Fold four fingers together and separate thumb from other four fingers . Put your hands behind the starting line . The distance of the hands are somewhat wider than the shoulders . The shoulders and starting line are parallel . Look forward , relax your neck .
Second , set
Rise up hips slowly . Move the body weight forward . Put the hip are somewhat higher than the shoulders and shoulders exceed starting line .
Third , shot or go
Push the hands against ground quickly , at the some time push the feet back fully and swing arm quickly .

Attention :
1. Body weight is supported by the hands , one foot and one knee when you are on your marks .
2. Body weight is supported by the arms and the front foot , concentrate your attention when you are set .
