教学准备与分析
1、 教学内容

帮助学生明确学习目标,培养学生自主、合作的学习方式。
培养学生在活动中体会英语学习的乐趣,使他们在小组中积极与他人合作,相互帮助,共同完成任务。
使孩子们学会在公共场所如何礼貌地用英语进行交流或查询所需信息。

词汇: library find bring use easy CD-ROM card

library的读音以及主要句式“Where are the…about …,please?”

运用任务1:AB Unit1 练习 3和4
2:SB Unit 2练习3
3:教师自制一个借书程序表,但顺序是混乱的。请学生 以小组为单位进行讨论,然后排序。程序如:
a. Take the book back home.
b. Find your book.
c. Give the library card and book to librarian.
d. Ask librarian “Where can I find books about...?”
e. Bring back the book in time.
6、教学用品
录音机/带,相片,词条,画片。
二、课堂教学程序
1、Warm up
⑴Greetings: T—Ss Ss—Ss
(2) Teacher prepare some sweets and give it out to all the students.
T: Are they delicious?
S: Yes!
T: So, where can you buy it?
S: Supermarket.
2、导入 (Leading )
(1)A. Lead in
T: I’m going to buy a computer, but I’m not good at it(face expression helps students understand “be good at” )What should I do?
S: You can read books about computer.
T: Oh! Great idea! But where can I find it?
( Teacher explains the word ‘find’)
S: library.( teacher can give students a hint and lead out the word ‘library’ )
B. Discussion
a. Students use Chinese to talk about the process of borrowing a book in library, then one or two students give report.
b.1 teacher shows a disorder chart of borrowing books , students discuss, then make them in order.(d b c a e)
d. Ask librarian “Where can I find books about...?”
b. Find your book.
c. Give the library card and book to librarian.
a. Take the book back home.
e. Bring back the book in time.
(Before show it, teacher helps students understand the sentences and explains “bring” “in two weeks time”)
b.2 Students give report.
3、呈现(Presentation)
T: Amy and LingLing need a book, let’s see how did they borrow a book in England
(1) S opens their books and listens to the tape.
(2) S listens again with questions given in the following:
Question:
a. What did Amy’s mother buy for them?
b. Why do they go to the library?
c. How did they borrow the book?
d. Is the book useful?
(3) Students answer those questions.
(4) Repeat after the tape.
(5) Teacher explains the text and students practice the key points.
a. The key points: be good at bring back will about
in two weeks’ time
b. The main sentences structure:
“Where are the books…about …,please?”
“…in two weeks’ time”
(6) students practice to make sentences with the key points.
(7)Game:听音乐传词卡 词卡单词造句
4、操练与指导(Drilling and Counselling)
(1)完成SB第一单元活动3,教师先做示范,然后同桌之间练习对话。
(2) 请学生以小组为单位,相互合作,互换角色进行练习。
5、任务完成(Task-fulfilling)
小组活动:请学生以两人小组(一人演图书管理员,一人演借书者)
上台表演借书场景。可在第一排桌椅上贴上“Shelf A, B, C, D,E”等标签使情景更加真实。给每个参加演出的组给予不同程度的奖励。教师强调本单元语言结构“Where are the books…about …,please?”
“…in two weeks’ time”.
6.教师板书:

7. 选择完成运用任务:孩子们四人小组演课本剧。
三 、写教学反思
这一模块的口语交际任务是使孩子们学会如何用英语询问自己所需的信息,课文对话主要是围绕在图书馆借书而展开的。在师傅的指导下我一改原先枯燥无新意的课堂引入,给孩子们准备了好吃的糖果,正如我们预设的那样,课堂气氛宽松愉快,由糖果引出问题创设情境也为后面课文的学习做了很好的铺垫。本课的基本句型练的挺到位,但不足的是没有拓展,也就是说学生说的句子干巴巴无法熟练地运用在实际生活事例中。这说明我在知识引领上做的很不够,今后在备课中一定要在实际运用这一块仔细揣摩研究,努力做到让孩子们“在学中用,在用中学”。
