一、案例背景分析
1、学生分析
学生对十个数字已经有了初步的认知能力,并能运用肢体语言进行表述。本课内容主要在进一步加深学生对1到10十个数字的听、说、认读基础上,扩展对话教学。
2、教学内容分析
在十个数字的基础上进行扩展,让学生学会如何询问年龄并将其熟练运用到日常交际中。
3、教学目标与要求
1)继续熟练掌握1到10十个数字的听、说、认读。
2)掌握如何用How are you ?来询问年龄。
4、教学重难点
1)教学重点是掌握用How are you ?来询问年龄从而进一步巩固十个数字的听、说、认读。
2)教学难点放在Let’s eat the birthday cake.的教学以及birthday的发音上。
5、教具准备
1)准备Sarah、Wu Yifan和Mike三人及十个小蜡烛的头饰。
2)准备一个蛋糕盒和刀叉盘子若干。
3)准备“Ten Little Candles Dance.”“How are you ?”及Let’s talk部分的磁带。
二、教学步骤
Step 1 Warm—up
T: Boys and girls,are you ready?
S: Yes!
T: Please show me your fingers.Let’s count from 1 to 10 and 10 to 1 . OK?
S: OK! (提示学生说的同时用手指做出动作。)
T: Super! Let’s sing the song“Ten Little Candles Dance.” (同时出示课件,伴随音乐有节奏的左右拍手,用手指数出小蜡烛的数量。) T:Well done! Boys and girls,sit down,please!
Step 2 Preview
T: Boys and girls,I’m Miss Zhang. I’m mew here. So I want to make friends with you. (走近一位同学。)
T: Hello! What’s your name?
S: My name is ……
T: Nice to meet you!
S: Nice to meet you,too! 教师询问三四个学生后,指着最后一个学生放慢速度说,“Boys and girls,look! This is my friend……”然后转向另一个说,“This is my friend ,too.” 让学生猜出friend的意思,教读my friend.
T: Oh, you have so many friends. Can you introduce them to me ?
S: Yes! (学生介绍他们的朋友给教师。Hello!Miss Zhang,this is my friend……)
Step 3 Presentation
T: I’m so happy today. I’ve made so many good friends. Sarah is also my good friend. Now I have a question to ask her . 出示课件,进行人机对话“Sarah, how old are you?” “I’m 9. 教师一边板书一边领读。然后询问几个学生同样的问题,此时注意肢体语言的运用。让学生两人一组自由操练。
Play a game. (Passing a toy.) 传到的两生进行交际问答操练。T: Wonderful! Let’s listen to a song and try to sing. (放录音歌曲“How are you ?”)一生上台,戴上Sarah的头饰. T: My friend, Sarah, is 9. Today is her birthday. Let’s say “Happy Birthday!” to her. (递给她蛋糕,Sarah回座位。播放课件声音Happy Birthday!)
T: Oh, who’s saying? (出示Wu Yifan头像。)
T: Wu Yifan has a present for Sarah. Guess! What’s this? (图片反面对着学生。)
S: A cake.(Help the ss to answer.)
T: Yes, it’s a birthday cake.
(领读的同时贴图片并板书birthday cake.领读几遍并强调birthday的读音。)
T: Excellect! The birthday cake is delious. Let me cut the cake . (做切蛋糕状。)Let’s eat the birthday cake.(与学生一起做动作并帮学生回答Great!)
Step 4 Practice
1、T: Hurry up ! Let’s go to Sarah’s birthday party and see.
Listen to the tape and answer my question. “Who are Sarah’s friends?” (出示课件让学生回答问题。)
S: Wu Yifan and Mike.
2、Let the ss open their books and turn to page 60. Listen, point and repeat.
3、Read by themselves. Give them three minutes. Then try to act it out. 教师与两学生一组进行表演,然后学生分角色表演。
Step 5 Consolidation and extension
1、T: Boys and girls, can you made a new dialogue with your friends? Let’s begin. (教师做示范对话,学生上台表演。)
2、Let’s sing the song “Happy Birthday!” to Sarah. 教师播放课件。(获得奖励蜡烛的学生站立,Sarah站在中间。)
